Francois Viviers and Associates cc was established in 1986 as SpesPro cc Industrial Engineering Consultants. Originally we concentrated on Engineering Management Services, IT projects and Business Process Engineering. Since 1995 we focussed on Property Development Projects. Expertise has been gained on feasibility studies, finance raising, project management and marketing co-ordination in a diversity of projects comprising a residential farming estate, planning of boutique cellar, apartments, youth resort and conference centre, offices, mixed use village concept, shopping centre and townhouses.

To promote cost effective development for the economical benefit of local people with special attention to the preservation of natural and cultural environment. In executing projects, local resources will be employed as far as possible.

Professional Services

We concentrate on rendering a full Project Management Service which includes needs analysis, requirements specifications, viability and feasibility studies, business plans, putting project teams together, raising project finance, appointment of contractors and control of projects with regard to time management, cost control and quality control.

This service provides inter alia a solution to the need of enterprises to outsource project management in order to obtain proper planning, co-ordination and control of professional teams on once off projects.

Planning Applications

Over the past decade we have gained extensive experience in the submition of planning applications including rezonings, subdivisions, departures and the removal of restrictions. We offer our expertise to other prospective developers.

Resources

Francois Viviers, Director, graduated as Industrial Engineer and holds a Ph.D. in engineering with Project Management as thesis. He has more than 30 years experience in construction planning, industrial engineering, IT management and project management with the last 10 years in property development.

Adele Theron, Secretary, with extensive experience in project administration.

Werner Calitz, Town Planner, with expertise in resoning and subdivision applications.

Other Specialist Associates are contracted on a project basis as and when needed.
